It is perfect for big groups visiting beautiful Munich as well as the Bavarian uplands with castle Neuschwanstein! The spacious flat is providing ample room for up to 8 people. Free parking is available. Just a few minutes away, you will find beautiful nature and a bathing lake!

Wer aber ein einzigartiges Haus mit viel Charme und Geschichte sucht, und sich nicht daran stört, dass es zieht, dass das Fenster klemmt und hier wie da der Putz abbröckelt, der sollte unbedingt weiterlesen und das "Haus am Hügel" besuchen.

Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Im 1. OG steht 1 großes Doppel-Zimmer, plus ein großes Duschbad mit Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer als Einzelzimmer ist nach Rücksprache dazu buchbar. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im UG mit eigenem Duschbad, lediglich die Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
