Townhouse with Garden for 1-5 Persons

The dining area is for 6 persons and can be quickly extended to 8 available seats. Bedroom no. 1 has a single bed with 90*200 cm, bedrooms 2 + 3 each have a double bed with 160*200 cm. All beds are equipped with the "Bett1" mattress for superior sleeping quality. Bedrooms 2+3 each have a TV (bedroom 1 not). All sleeping rooms have darkening blinds at their windows. Bedroom 3 (the largest one) has a small sofa bed which may be converted easily (suitable for children). All sleeping rooms are lockable with room keys. WLAN/WiFi is available for free. Smoking and E-cigarettes are permitted only at the conservatory terrace with the sliding door open. At the basement there's the shared washing room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The paintings and photographs are partially available for purchase, prices on request.

Situated on the back side of so called quatro houses, it is convenient and quiet. Our house is located close to Munich´s zoo, the training grounds of famous soccer teams FC Bayern and 1860 München and to the most popular part of the Isar, the "Flaucher".

There are good travel connections in Hopfenland Hallertau in the triangle between Munich (50 km), Ingolstadt (30 km) and Augsburg (60 km). There are 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, balcony and terrace. The accommodation is suitable for families with children and groups.
