The house is situated on a quiet country road just 0.9 miles off the N70, 2 miles from Caherdaniel for local pubs, shops and restaurants. Rath beach - 5 min walk. Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km).
