Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

Lakefront Cottage w/Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with private beach & backyard bunkhouse in the Wabasis woodlands. Plus, guests get the exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform from May-October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a serenely private backyard in the woods. Plus, an adjacent vernal pond filled with wildlife that serenades guests with the enchanting sounds of nature.

This cottage has a lot to offer whether you enjoy fishing/hiking/kayaking/boating/mountain biking. 2 kayaks included/dock access. Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
