Fire pit, gas grill, canoe, and cornhole.

Inside features a large open living room with full wooded view, plenty of seating, dining, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

This is a real cabin.....not a house in the woods. This rustic sit's tucked back 1100 feet off of a lazy country road and provides a 5 mile breath-taking view from the front porch. Close to many activities, 25 minutes to New Albany, 15 minutes to Newark, 10 minutes to Dillon State park.

Boulder Ridge cabin, great hunting on site

A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

Surrounded by mature trees and wildlife on 1-acres, our bungalow is the perfect nature escape. New toaster oven.

The house is in close proximity to Newark, Zanesville, Columbus, and Amish country. Furniture and decor varies occasionally due to updates.

You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Or spend the day relaxing in the hammock in the sunroom. Play some Cornhole with our set in the sunroom. Have fire in the riverside fire pit and cook some hotdogs for the kids.
