Surrounded by natural parks including Lynn Canyon, Lynn Headwaters Regional, and Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve. All within walking distance for hours of exploration and enjoyment. Minutes by car to Lower Lonsdale area which includes Lonsdale Quay, sea bus crossing (downtown), the Shipyards, and access to local shops and restaurants.

The house is situated on the side of a mountain with 3 floors; the suite is on the first floor. I live on the upper 2 floors. We share the front entrance door only.

The Old Yoga Studio

This private, open plan suite was created from Jen's former yoga studio within our family home, reusing and repurposing materials wherever possible. Warm reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. A quiet, unique retreat designed for rest, privacy, and nature.
