(Altogether: 2 queens, 2 twins, 2 twin floor mattresses, heat/AC, 2 baths, & laundry.) The River House

Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Come and relax in our modern twist of an authentic Navajo Hogan. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood our area has endless outdoor activities just minutes from your front door. These include High Uintah wilderness trails, world famous fishing in near by lakes and rivers, hiking, biking, and ATVing to name a few. Plenty of space to park your camp trailers, boats and toys. You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
