Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Two miles from Portree, Boisdale House offers peace, quiet and uninterrupted views. Our guest accommodation sits as an annexe on our house, providing space and privacy within a stunning rural setting. We have a spacious pod situated at the side of our house. The pod has private parking, its own entrance gate, a patio with table and chairs to enjoy a drink or cup of coffee! Inside you will find Portree Pod equipped with a couch, smart t.v,underfloor heating, a double bed, en suite shower room and small kitchen area. We also have free wi-fi available. The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery is a green roofed, original wooden round house with picture windows giving an uninterrupted view of the sea across to the Isle of Scalpay and South East Harris. Features include a central dome roof window, a bath room, a kitchen, comfortable chairs and a wood burning stove, and of course a double bed. The property enjoys a southerly aspect with masses of natural light, is well insulated, warm and cosy

Centrally located within the town of Stornoway,the largest town within The Western Isles, an ideal base from which to explore the attractions of the town and the scenic islands of Lewis and Harris beyond. Nearby is the Lews Castle set within its beautiful grounds, ideal for walking in. On the edge of the grounds is the 18 hole Stornoway golf course. Ideal accommodation a couple or small family. Apologies but strictly no pets.

Stunning views of Uig Harbour in North Skye. Handy for pub, restaurant, filling station. Uig has The Fairy Glen and is about 5 miles from the famous Quiraing. There is one double bed and two large bunk beds, each the same size as a standard single bed. The accommodation is self catering, with tea, coffee, cereals, eggs etc. supplied. TV and Wi-fi. 30 paces from parking to the door. Towels and linen supplied.
