Adorable, renovated home from the late 1800s with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, a large kitchen/dining room, and small back deck looking out on a large back yard. The house rests on a 1/3 an acre a mile away from downtown. Includes WiFi, TV with 3 streaming options, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, and us as your neighbors. We own three houses in a row, including our own, and so if there's ever anything you need, we're next door to make you feel more at home.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.
