A Rózsafaház egy modernizált alpesi faház a kőszegi Szabó-hegyen, az Írottkő Natúrpark területén, mely aszfaltos és erdei úton megközelíthető. A házat erdőkert öleli körbe, ahol gondozott a zöldfelület, kerti sütögető tisztás, játszótér áll rendelkezésre. Az épület panoráma-terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek kilátás nyílik a Dunántúl és a Kőszegi-hegység irányába is. A ház konyha-étkező-háló helyiségből (kandallóval) és zuhanyzós fürdőszobából áll, valamint az emeleten háló galéria található.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. Fürdőszoba, fürdőkád, mosdó, külön WC-vel. Internet. Padló parkettás, a többi mázas kerámia padlóburkolat. A bejárat zárt folyosóról nyílik. Elektromos kapunyitó + csengő. Földszinten kapun belül postaláda. Az ablakok Körmend főterére néznek. Kisállat nem engedélyezett. Nem dohányzó lakás.

Dőlj hátra és lazíts ezen a nyugodt, város központtól kb. 800 m - re eső helyen, az Őrség kapujában Körmenden. Barátságos lakrészt kínálok egy családi ház első, teljesen különálló részében (egy szoba, konyha és zuhanyzós fürdőszoba). A kert közös terület, de mégis különálló. Ideális 2 felnőtt részére a szállás, de ha szükséges, akkor egy gyerek még fotelágyon tud aludni.
