PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! AMENITIES Within immediate walking distance of the house there is the Cosby Golf Course, local village pub 'The Bull's Head, a Butchers Shop, Cafes, Hairdressers, Indian & Chinese Restaurants, a Fish & Chips Shop, Off-License & Co-Op Convenience Store. Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!
