Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Please note our Casitas #1-4 all share the same layout & beautiful ocean view. Our gallery is a collection of images from different casitas.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

If you like nature Casa Miraflores is the right place for you. The house is located 5 min from town in a quiet area. You will find Colibries, chachalacas and lots of beautiful butterflies. Enjoy the open concept and outdoor lounge area with pool. Have your breakfast on the terrace before you head to the beach. The house has a king size bed with mosquito net in the first bedroom and queen size bed with mosquito net in the loft under the palapa. Bathroom with walk in shower.
