It is 42 square meters and has a balcony. The apartment is new and decorated with style and quality furniture. There is a separate bedroom (with high quality mattress), kitchen, living room and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped and fully usable during the stay. Important : L'appartement est situé au 7e étage sans ascenseur. La récompense se trouve à l'intérieur :) De style élégant et industriel, notre appartement est niché au sommet d'un immeuble à l'architecture typique parisienne, Haussmann, en face de la Tour Eiffel. Habité une partie de la semaine par ses propriétaires, ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel comme on trouve souvent : il y a de la vie, une âme, des habits dans les placards et de quoi se cuisiner un bon petit plat en arrivant :)

Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.
