The Big 8 offers 8 acres of peace. It is located in a ranching town in western Colorado, with access to Crawford State Park, where you can swim, fish, paddle, and enjoy the views of the Gunnison National Forest. The Black Canyon is nearby, with more spectacular views, hiking trails. The nearby towns of Paonia and Hotchkiss offer a variety of restaurants and music venues, along with the local Bar and Grill, where you can mingle with the locals. Want to bring your horses? There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.
