Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

The backyard is fully fenced in for your pet. There are multiple golf courses and boat ramps to start your fun! The Avi casino is 3 miles away, and more casinos and great food are 20 minutes away. Katherine's Landing (Lake Mohave) is 25 minutes
