It is a very spacious, comfortable, light & airy home with living & dining, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, 2 queen sized beds, laundry with 2nd toilet. It is just a short 2 minute stroll to the beach (260 meters) & easy access to the 'Murramarang South Coast Walk'. The area is quiet & peaceful, with an abundance of bird life, kangaroos & the sound of gentle waves.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.

This renovated beach house is perfectly positioned with panoramic sea views and only a short stroll along the cliff-top reserve to a beautiful secluded beach. Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife. This house captures the essence of a beach holiday - it is open and light, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and aged oak floors. It is tastefully decorated for a very comfortable stay.
