House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

Het huis is zeer kindvriendelijk, en zowel de omgeving als het zwembad zijn volledig afgesloten zodat kinderen in alle veiligheid in de tuin kunnen spelen. Om elk misverstand te vermijden vragen we 20€ extra per gast en per nacht als er meer dan 12 gasten zijn.
