A non-smoking/non-vaping property positioned on a beautiful corner lot, you will enjoy the country sounds and recently renovated accommodations. Centrally located off of Highway 15 North in Neshoba County you will enjoy unique restaurants and shops with a quick trip to Philadelphia, Noxapater, and Louisville. The property offers a newly renovated full-size kitchen, two bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed, new appliances, and new furnishings, including a new washer and dryer.

Philadelphia is home of the Neshoba County Fair and Williams Bros General Store for all your shopping needs from saddles to honey. Northside Park is less than 2 miles away and has walking trails, playground, tennis courts and ball fields.

Located on an established street with families. Very safe area. Afternoon walks are welcomed. Two other apartments occupied the home as well, the yellow door is just underneath.
