The apartment itself is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom utilities, bedroom utilities, and a pull out couch.

Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.
