The Beach House is on a unique sliver of Hutchinson Island -- it is located only a block and 1/2 to the tiki on the private beach, and is just a short walk to the intracoastal too. The house has a private, heated saltwater pool and jetted spa in the enclosed backyard surrounded by tropical foliage. The neighborhood has a gated private beach across A1A (very few people), with walking or parking as well.
