Nestled at the base of the mountain, this ski-in/ski-out resort offers easy access to the village and the lifts. Guests also have access to the hot tubs, laundry facility, fitness center, and family friendly activities. We offer ski lockers, sleds and snowshoes during winter. Summer amenities include bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and outdoor games. A resort fee of $35.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb. This fee covers parking, Wi-Fi, and access to on-site amenities.

The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

It offers a beautiful living space with streaming light and privacy for up to four adults and two kids. It’s a perfect resort retreat near eight major ski areas, golf, mountain biking, XC skiing, boating and more. The condo offers guest access to all Tahoe Donner's world class amenities. A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
