Fully equipped kitchen, no condiments.Lodge with pool table, air hockey, tennis courts, two hot tubs, dry sauna in locker rooms, video games, walking trail with work out stops. I don’t believe it’s outdated as some reviews state, it’s a Tahoe home that is not modern but cozy. Placer County tax 10%

Pull out ottoman and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests. Recently remodeled with dual lounge chairs and a Murphy bed.
