Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.
