An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Beautifully renovated spacious 2 bedroom barn conversion on a traditional Dorset farm yard. Situated in the heart of the Blackmore Vale the Flower Barn is half way between Sherborne and Shaftesbury. Bruton, Hauser and Wirth and The Newt in Somerset are all less than half an hour's drive. Ideal for short breaks, wedding guests, school half terms and holidays and conveniently only 20 mins from the A303. Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral and the Jurassic Coast are only an hour's drive.

Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
