Hot tub nestled in the trees, Hiking/cc trails, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, community swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball, golf course and cafe, and beautiful walks around the neighborhood… we are 15 minutes from Brundage Mountain Resort, and a 20 minute drive to McCall’s beautiful lake and quaint downtown.

Located on the 9th hole of the Meadow Creek Golf Course in New Meadows, this freshly remodeled condo has all the amenities of a home. Stairs are required to access the condo. Enjoy the community pool and restaurant, pickle ball or tennis(summer only). Play a round of golf on the 18 hole beautifully manicured golf course. Brundage Ski area is just a 15 min drive. Zimms Hot Springs -5min and Payette Lake in McCall only 20min away. Endless activities for an active family or couple to enjoy.
