Included with your stay is free high speed WiFi, two large smart TVs, a fully loaded coffee bar, laundry room with detergent, a built in ironing board and a 2-car garage. The back door has a built in doggy door for small to medium sized dogs that provides easy access to the private fenced in backyard.

Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

House has 2 King beds and 2 twin bunk beds (4 total) so you can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests! We also have 4 wall mounted 50 inch Roku TVs. 2 car garage. Our location is perfect with Starbucks, sushi, tanning, yoga, a day spa, and 3 great restaurants with patios literally across the street. Short Uber or Lyft to OU campus or hop on I-35 only 20 minutes to OKC!
