Beautifully built and decorated, Harmony Tiny house is located close to Newnan’s Lake but only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides, it sits behind the main home on an acre of land with a small creek in the back. You have access to the back yard with an outdoor table and chairs and also a key to the utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. The sliding glass door entry faces the backyard. Please note that pets are allowed and there is a $30 pet fee.

Comfortable condo located one block from Shands Hospital, VA Hospital, two blocks to the University of Florida Campus, and 1.5 miles to the football stadium (30 minute walk). The ground level condo is a two bedroom/1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and dishes. High Speed internet and cable are included. Sleeps 4 comfortably- No Dogs are allowed in the complex.

This one-bedroom private room is located in a charming duplex situated in Downtown Gainesville. It does not share any space with the main house. The house is just under 1 mile from UF Campus and 1.5 miles to Shands Hospital and the VA. Within a few blocks and a quick walk are many of Gainesville's best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, museums and nightclubs. This 1940s cottage offers all the modern conveniences of a contemporary home. The bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets, and the beds features plush Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom has a deep tub and a double vanity. The living room features a 60-inch 4k television with my Netflix, Max, and YouTube TV accounts logged in and ready for your screening pleasure. The kitchen is totally modernized with a large refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher.
