The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment.
