Also, visit nearby towns--St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Cheerful BayFront Home with fabulous Sunsets

From our decks overlooking the Delaware Bay enjoy the best Sunsets this side of Key West along with occasional Dolphins, Bald Eagles and a large variety of migrating birds. Take long walks on the beach relaxing to the sound of the waves and seagulls. Enjoy not only the bay but also all the wildlife activity in the dunes right in front of the house. Located just 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. Best of all there are THREE ice cream shops nearby!

Recently updated unique lighthouse replica on the northern tip of the Chesapeake Bay. 4 bedrooms & 2 sleeping nooks, the house can sleep up to 14 in 6 beds (3 kings, 1 queen, 2 doubles) and one queen sofa bed. 4 bathrooms - 2 ensuite. Two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, family style dining area. Wrap around decks on multiple floors. Firepit, Adirondack seating, lawn games for enjoying 1.5 acres with water views. There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!
