This custom built rustic log home is about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Lookout Mountain is about 5 miles from the cabin. We can sleep up to 11 guests. Many large rooms for relaxing & a kids corner! We have several relaxing rocking chairs on our front porch & back screened in porch with a custom bar area and 2 charcoal grills. There are lake views from the front porch as well. Enjoy canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, and bon fires. (We provide a canoe, paddle board, & poles)

This home is also one level making it easy to get around! There are hours of explorations to be had whether on land at nearby Prentice Cooper State Park, the Cumberland Trail, and "T-wall" Rock (considered the 4th best rock climbing location in the world) or on the water freshwater fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

Swim, fish, take out the canoe or kayak, birdwatch, hike in nearby Savage Gulf or Fall Creek Falls. Go to Chattanooga, take in the sights and come back for an evening by the outdoor fire ring, or inside fireplace. Pick apples at the local orchard or buy Amish goods from the local farms. Unplug and enjoy your life.

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, rock climb, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House.
