About Feriecenter Fiskenæs Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the many lovely facilities at Fiskenæs by Flensburg Fjord in Gråsten. In this unique area we can offer stays in luxury holiday homes (built 2003/2008), many of which overlook the water. By nature, Fiskenæs is a scenic peninsula with beech forest and open areas. The area is sheltered and is easily accessible from the sea side, you just have to cross the drawbridge at Egernsund. The holiday homes are approx. 80-100 m2 and in 1 & # 8211; or 1 & # 189; level with space for 6-8 people in 3-4 bedrooms, all with double beds. The 1-level houses are ideal for the family who want common cosiness and togetherness in the bright living room, while the 1 & # 189; -plan houses allow the family to divide into two living rooms on separate floors for independent activities. (If there are small children, stairwells can be rented at the reception.) Both house types have a nice large terrace where the outdoor life can unfold, and the 1 & # 189; -plane houses also have a cozy balcony off the living room on the 1st floor. All houses are luxuriously furnished and equipped with washer and dryer, and the lovely bathing area has both spa and sauna as well as a shower. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet with sink. There is the possibility of parking at the house. When the weather is not for outdoor activities, the family can frolic in the inviting subtropical water park, to which admission is of course free for our guests. During periods of peak load, there may be a time limit on stays in the water park. Huset er beliggende i hjertet af Sønderborg, omgivet af kultur- og byliv samt en smuk udsigt over Alssund. Huset har en dejlig have med terrasser, plads til både børn og afslapning. På stueplan er der et stort opholdsrum med bl.a. en sovesofa. Et badeværelse med badekar, perfekt til børn. På 1 salen er soveværelse med dobbeltseng, et værelse med en enkel seng samt tremmeseng og et værelse med en lille dobbeltseng (140 cm). Ydermere er der et badeværelse med bruser på 1 salen.

Willkommen im Haus Stamp, einem liebevoll restaurierten, denkmalgeschützten Reetdachhaus mit rund 200 Jahren Geschichte. Das ehemalige Bauernhaus wurde in den 1990er-Jahren umfassend saniert und befindet sich seit 2016 in unserem Besitz. Es wohnen zwei Familien in dem Haus und wir haben zusätzliche Wohneinheiten geschaffen, die wir vermieten. Neben dem Haupthaus wird auch eine kleine Ferienwohnung für maximal vier Personen vermietet, die ebenfalls bei Airbnb zu finden ist.

Jeg udlejer min villa som i naturskønne omgivelser har en masse forskelligt at byde på. Er du til natur om sommeren, har vi en fantastisk skov og sø i gå afstand med et rigt dyreliv, en grill i haven og en græsplæne til at boltre sig på. Kommer du derimod i vinterhalvåret ligger Flensborg by blot 7 km væk, med et hav af cafeer der byder på både varm kakao, kaffe eller den helt store middag. Er du til hjemlig hygge, står pejsen og de levende stearinlys klar og venter.
