A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Flint Shed is a unique private, contemporary space for 2 with large double ended free standing bath, rain shower and his and hers sinks as well as courtyard set in the grounds of a handsome Georgian house. Located in Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs (1 gastro) within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Also with Super King Sized Bed and full equipped Kitchen Diner and separate Lounge area. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.
