The Perch is a retro meets modern, fully off-grid “cabin-inspired” home — Set into the cliff edge of a 60+ million-year-old limestone plateau, you’ll have one-of-a-kind views overlooking the historic Terlingua Ghost Town and into the expanse of the Chisos mountain range of Big Bend National Park. Nestled on 20 acres of pristine Chihuahuan desert, it is the perfect property for couples, a small family, a group of hikers or anyone who wants to enjoy the solitude and wonder of the Big Bend region.

Adobe Arches - The Armadillo

Nestled against a quiet hill and overlooking the Eastwood Mesa, our trio of stucco casitas offers a serene retreat 17 minutes from Big Bend National Park. Each one-room adobe casita is a blend of simplicity and comfort. Featuring minimalist interiors and distinctive arched doors amid desert scenery. We recently added basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and a one burner induction stove top. You can rent 1, 2 or all 3 of the casitas on property. Message us if you need help with a property buyout.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Art-Filled Marfa Adobe

Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. Although it has an indoor bedroom and bathroom, guests love the outdoor shower as well as the open air bed on the patio.
