Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du på gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Hos oss bor du bekvämt i vår mysiga gäststuga, imitt i vackra Höga Kusten och med nära till många populära utflyktsmål, bad, vandringsled, skidspår, affärer, restaurang bensinmack. Elbilsladdare oinärområdet. Här finns ett välutrustat litet kök, matplats, allrum med soffa och öppen spis med pelletskorg. Trivsamt sovloft, egen ingång och egen altan. Grill finns att låna. The Lergrova cottage, fireplace, river and forest.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.
