The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay , consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and may accommodate up to 6 guests . In a distance of 3km you can find more beautiful beaches , restaurants, coffee shops , a bakery and market.

Το Λιβάδι βρίσκεται σε ένα σημείο που γλιτώνεις τη φασαρία του τουρισμού αν και απέχει απ την πρωτεύουσα, τον Άγιο Κήρυκο, μόλις 12χλμ! Με δύο βήματα βρίσκεσαι στη θάλασσα κ αν πεινάσεις απολαμβάνεις ικαριώτικα εδέσματα στη ταβέρνα "Αροδου" μόλις στα 2χλμ απ' το σπίτι!

Traditional Stone House in Akamatra, Ikaria.

A new -traditional style- stone house, located in Akamatra village, 6 km from the port of Evdilos and 10 km from Seychelles Beach and Magganitis Village . Near Akamtra you will find the Castle of Koskinas, the Ranti ancient Forest and at 15 km the Kampos museum. Akamatra is located in the middle of the island giving access both at the North and South sides of the island. On August 15 the famous traditional festival takes place in the village lasting all night long!

Sol's Place

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.
