This apartment is a large studio in the heart of Lincoln Park! New construction and all furnishings & appliances are brand new. It is perfect for a couple...but can also sleep 3-4 for a girls trip or a family with small children. You enter with your personal keypad code which we give you a few days prior to your stay. And we are always available by text or email should you have any questions about the apartment. Set in Lincoln Park, this apartment is steps away from shopping along Armitage and Halsted Avenue. There’s grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus red and brown line train stations that access Downtown and other parts of the city. Street parking is relatively easy around the apartment and we offer free residential parking stickers in the apartment on the desk. We also offer a clean garage space (with free EV hook up, should you need it) for $20/night.

The Lions Den

Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.

"Naroma Court" is a charming Spanish Colonial two-family home built in 1926 in the heart of historic Abilene, KS. It is part of a historic neighborhood just four blocks from downtown. Local attractions include the Eisenhower Center, Nat’l Greyhound Racing Museum, Seelye Mansion, Great Plains Theatre, Old Abilene Town, Brown Memorial Park, Eisenhower Park Rose Garden, and antique shops. You will be seeing the view of Chimney Rock while laying in bed enjoying a cup of coffee, it’s a very popular hike as well. Javelinas, deers and bobcats often come and visit and they are safe to be around. The studio is quiet comfortable and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The other name for the cottage is "30 steps to Paradise" because it has 30 steps from the road to the entrance of the cottage.
