Simple, cozy 2 BR 1 BA home that is set back slightly from the road, next to the woods, and only a five minute walk to downtown North Conway - the best of both worlds! On a private road; plenty of parking in driveway. Minutes away from anything and everything! Relax on the deck and watch the resident chipmunks, squirrels, and birds, or kick back by the fireplace and take in the winter wonderland around you. Marvel at the sky full of stars at night. Escape to the mountains and feel right at home!

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

It's the perfect home base for whatever you may want to do whether it's skiing, swimming, hiking, or simply relaxing and lounging around. CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
