The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.
