Hakoniemi is a coniferous peninsula in North Karelia, located in the inland archipelago of Northern Saimaa. Villa Mummola sijaitsee aivan Kesälahden taajaman tuntumassa vanhan maatilan pihapiirissä. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu kolmen makuuhuoneen rintamiestalo. Talo ja käyttövesi lämpiää puulämmitteisellä keskuslämmityskattilalla. Myös sauna on puulämmitteinen. Kylän keskustan palveluihin matkaa vajaa kilometri, kuten myös lähimmälle huoltoasemalle. Juna-asemalle matkaa 2,6 km. Lähimmät kaupungit ovat Kitee 33km, Savonlinna 70km ja Joensuu 90km päässä. Talo soveltuu niin perheille kuin kaveriporukoille.

On a farm just renovated and cosy two bedroom flat with a kitchen-livingroom and a bathroom. In a useful utility room you wash your laundry easily. Towels and linen are included in price likewise final cleaning up. In a nice livingroom you can watch TV and enjoy your meals. In a master bedroom there is a double bed, in a second bedroom two single beds. In both bedrooms you have light out blinds and a ventilation window. A flat has it's own privacy, there is a hall place for your car.

Maalaistalon pihapiirissä idyllinen kaksikerroksinen loma-asunto. Asunnossa on oma piha, sisäänkäynti ja autokatos sähköpistokkeella. Huoneistossa on kaksi vc:tä, suihku ja sauna. Yläkerran toisessa huoneessa on kaksi vuodetta ja toisessa huoneessa yksi lattiasänky + taittopatja. Alakerran tupakeittiössä on vuodesohva kahdelle. Asunnossa on tv ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. The cottage is located at the bottom of the bay, in the heart of Savo, in the village of Kosula in Tuusniemi, on the shores of the clean Lake Juojärvi. The beach is child friendly and shallow. There has never been blue-green algae in the lake. Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited. The house has three bedrooms, a comfortable living room and other cozy spaces to relax in. A fully-equipped kitchen and sauna are also in our guests’ use.
