The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Pond View is a spacious cottage within the hosts large pretty garden, where you can sit & enjoy nature and the sunshine. It is Located in a quiet lane within the beautiful village. It has lots of amenities, 2 local shops (5mins from the Cottage), 2 great pub/restaurants. Near to Louth (Cadwell), a traditional market town, and Cleethorpes a seaside resort. The beautiful Wolds can be seen from the bedroom window and offers many scenic walks. In winter months visit Donna Nook to see seals and pups.
