Welcome to our completely remodeled townhome. Located 2 minutes from Starved Rock State Park and right by Grizzly Bear Resort and the river. If you are looking for a cozy, romantic, and quiet home to spend your vacation, then this is just the right place for you. Our villa is an oasis of relaxation and activities located only 90 minutes from Chicago. You can spend time in the jacuzzi, stop by the small city nearby, or relax in the nearby indoor water park. Also, visit the gazebo with live music.

This stylish condo located in downtown Utica is the perfect space for group trips or families. Layout includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master with its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin cot. The upstairs living room has a pullout sofa with a queen mattress. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook during your stay.

This home sits on a large lot in a rural setting. It’s my family home & completely furnished. While no animals are allowed, there is a full size washer & dryer, 2 TVs, the full-size bed, kitchen supplied with basics & central air/heat with the expectation you’ll adjust it when not home. You have a front deck with cushioned chairs seasonally. Very limited WiFi-no streaming, pets live on property. *NON-SMOKING*NO PARTIES*NO ANIMALS
