Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the NY/VT border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi). There are plenty of options nearby for hiking, rail trail biking, or paddling. Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
