This bespoke new build is one of two new properties at Hall Farm Dadlington for couples wanting to relax in peace. Each has a luxury interior styled to impress, with an all weather large covered veranda where you'll find your own private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor shower and dining area. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or just relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside and our grazing horses. Adults only. 2 guests max. Sorry, no pets.

Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

On one level, with no steps inside or out, this property is easily accessible. A welcoming dining, sitting and kitchen area with stove awaits you inside, with a comfortable bedroom area beyond. Perfect for just two people, it has all the accessories you need!

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.
