This houseboat is in a unique setting on the water right off the Ohio River with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are available for use along with a shelter house with table, chairs, extra bathrooms and grills. You can take a pontoon boat ride on the River for a $75 donation per hour, kayaks are $25 per kayak including the lifejacket. The dock includes a gas grill, patio table floats, air pump, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 lounge chairs, 2 fishing rods and a swim up ladder for easy access onto the dock. You can access the property with your own boat, or rent a boat from the marina.
