This remodeled unit was designed as a getaway for 2 but can accommodate 4 with the use of the sleeper sofa in the living room.Feel free to watch tv in the living room, play cards at the dining table or cook a meal in the kitchen that is lightly stocked for your convenience. This 1/2 duplex is walking distance from the University of Central OK (UCO), close to Edmond's OU Hospital, & Integris & Mercy Hospitals off I35.

This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.

This townhouse is close to the major highways w/o the noise. It is 800 sq feet with an upstairs and downstairs area. There is a full bathroom upstairs (only shower/tub in the house) and a half bath downstairs. There is wifi, and washer/dryer. There is also a tiny fenced in area for your pets. My place is not fancy but it is clean and I try to provide the best value for you and your pets who can be hard on houses. The townhouse is in a complex.
