Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Montrose Memories Central to Western Colorado

Stay in our private basement space (separate entrance) while exploring Telluride, Ouray, Black Canyon NP, Ridgway, & more! We have a kids room with outdoor playset, pet friendly fenced back yard, and photo booth to capture your memories. Grab a cup of coffee/hot cocoa before your day of adventure. Then relax while streaming your favorite shows. Fast internet for those that need to do remote work. Hotel bedding and toiletries are provided. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
