The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Welcome to The Saloon. This 600 sq feet space is perfect for those who need a quick getaway or traveling through Kansas City. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.
