The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Wayside is a beautiful, period house in a rural village setting 15 minutes drive to Lincoln city centre. It is an ideal base for Lincolnshire's attractions and events. There is a kitchen , utility ,dining room , orangery and lounge , two kingside bedrooms and bathroom and a downstairs double room with en suite shower. There is a pretty garden and local woodland and country walks . Wayside is ideal for friends and families wanting a luxurious space to share and make memories together.

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. Hurricane is based on the old RAF Wainfleet site and was originally one of the auxiliary buildings to the control tower, which is now also operating as a holiday let. This 2 bedroom property can be configured with double beds or with twin beds in both bedrooms. There is also a sofa-bed allowing space for 6 guests to sleep in comfort. Hurricane has it's own private garden and hot tub. Pets are welcome at a charge of £20 per pet per stay.
