An architecturally designed home in a prime Mount Maunganui location, which is just a minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the cafes and boutique shops of The Mount. This home offers garage parking and off street parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor patios. This home is perfect for a couple or would suit a family traveling with teenagers (regrettably no infants or children under 12 years old will be accepted).

The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. This cosy 3 bedroom bach is positioned right on the beach front. It offers guests expansive views of the white sands of Whiritoa, and the beautiful Pacific ocean at your doorstep. Heatpumps in the master bedroom and the lounge allow for a comfortable stay summer or winter. Relax inside or out on the expansive deck. Whiritoa has a lagoon at one end which is perfect for children to safely paddle in and a great, quiet beachside experience. Property has internet connectivity and Sky TV.

A 2 bedroom unit which is below our main house, is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac right across from the beach, within 10 seconds from leaving your door you will be dipping your toes in the sand. Whiritoa is 15mins from Waihi and 10mins from Whangamata. Off street parking in front of the unit including space for a boat. A stunning place for you and your family to relax and enjoy as we do.
