With a mixture of new and vintage furnishings, a little boho thrown in...we’re sure you’ll love the stunning ocean views, the proximity to the beach access, and outdoor living spaces.

Beach cottage for the perfect getaway for family and friends. Waverly Cottage is an elevated 2 floor, 3rd row home with great ocean views from two beach-side decks. You’ll be able to catch the wonderful Topsail Island sunsets from two marsh-side decks. Private beach access is close by. Waverly sleeps 11 in 4 BR: 1 king bed suite, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bed and 1 twin bed with trundle, plus floor mattress in bunk room closet. Recently renovated adding office workspace and book-nook.
